Icon5 3.2 Camshafts to 3.0

Hello,
I have a 1999 Honda Accord Coupe EX, 3.0L V6. I used to have a 2000 Acura TL 3.2L engine has significantly more low end torque, and is much quicker on acceleration than the 3.0L, which I know a big part of this is the camshafts. Now, I am sure that there is posts on this forum about whether swapping cams can be done, and I already know that just swapping the camshafts over will not work. Now, I haven't actually found that many real cases of being people actually dong it, more just people talking about it. In theory, swapping over the camshafts in these engines should "work" being that both of these engines use a MAP sensor, so one would think that the map sensor would compensate for the different cam profile and the car would run fine, but just swapping the camshafts alone I would imagine would not grant you much of a gain in overall engine performance. I believe the 2004 Acura TL type-S, and later model TL's have a butterfly valve in the intake plenum that allows for a broader torque curve at higher RPM, but I am not worried about this.

So now, my idea is to not only swap camshafts from a 2000 Acura TL into my 99 Accord, but the lower intake manifolds, the upper intake plenum, the ECU, and the engine wire harness. Of course, in doing this I would also be inherently having to convert the 3.0L to Coil on plug Ignition from distributed ignition that it currently has, and I would also have to alter the fuel delivery slightly at the fuel rail because the 3.2 has a pressure regulator, my Accord does not.

So with all this my questions are:

1) Will the Wire harness from the 3.2 plug directly into the fuel injectors, crank and cam sensors, map sensor, coolant temp sensor and a which is already on the accord?
2) The 3.2, has .2 liters more displacement, will the 3.2 intake manifolds even work with the 3.0L displacement?
3) Similar to question 1, will I have to swap Injectors or possibly the entire fuel rail?
4) Will the lower intake manifolds bolt directly to the cylinder heads on the 3.0L? (I looked at pictures of both the 3.2 and 3.0L heads and they look pretty damn close, but its hard to say for sure)
5) Valve Lash, I will have to set the valve clearance, should I set it to the 3.2 specs? or 3.0 specs?

And yes, I have considered just putting a 3.2 in my Honda, but I do not have a hoist at home, and they probably would not let me do something like that at work, so I would like to modify the 3.0L to be well....better if possible.
