Radiator fan won't shut off
The radiator fan won't shut off. I unplugged the fan to shut it off, but i don't know what else to do. What should I do to troubleshoot/fix this problem?

Thanks for the heads up.
Here is the link to that topic for others with similar problems.

That thread started with a '91. What do you have? Honda had 3 or 4 different control schemes for the fans over the years. And they moved the sensors & fan switches around even more often than that.
It's always good to say what year & exact version Honda you're talking about.

Re: Radiator fan won't shut off (JimBlake)
Its a 1995. The weird thing is that it has two fans and only one is running all the time. Its the right one as you look into the engine compartment from the front of the car.

one of the fans is for your condensor and the other is for the radiator, but both will cool off the radiator.
Check your relays for the fans, I'm not 100% where they are in a 95, mine are under the hood next to the firewall on the passenger side inside a fuse box.
Your AC on/off switch should control your condensor fan, and your radiator fan should be controlled by your ECT sensor.
When you turn your AC off the condensor fan relay should actuate, turning the fan off and on, the radiator fan relay should actuate whenever the resistance in the ECT sensor reads low.
a good way to find out which fan goes to what is by removing each relay, you should hear the relay click on and off as it makes contact in the fuse box (if the relay is energized) since the fan is always on this could diagnose a stuck relay if the fan comes on without the relay clicking.
I would suggest getting a manual for your car regarding maintenance, like a haynes or chiltons, it will explain how to troubleshoot sensors and replace them.
On my car the fan you described is the condensor fan, so it should turn off and on whenever you turn the A/C off and on.
Does the fan come on no matter what, regardless of A/C on or off or even stay on when the car is turned off?

The fan is always on, even when the car is turned off. I've got a chiltons manual and I'll cross reference your leads with what the manual says. Thanks.
