2002 honda accord v6 ex codes p0141, p0758, p0135 p1298.
D4 light blinking and the TCU and check engine light on.
I changed the 02 sensor, check the B and C solenoids both give me a clicking sound and 16.5 oms. I changed the transmission fluid.
The D4 light still blinks, the TCU and check engine light is still on.
Any suggestions?

Check driver's side Fuse No. 6 (15A) to see if it is blown.
With the ignition in ON or START, driver's fuse no. 6 feeds many components via various separate Blk/Yel wires and connectors.
EVAP Canister Vent Shut Valve
EVAP Bypass Solenoid Valve
Radiator Fan Control Module
Gauge Assembly
Cruise Control/TCS switch
Primary HO2
Secondary HO2
ELD
PCM
Alternator
EVAP Canister Purge Valve
Engine Mount Control Solenoid Valve

I'm having the same problem with my 2004 Odyssey except for the P1298 code. Also. My 15A fuse keeps blowing. I've replaced the alternator and battery. Any suggestions as to what I can check next. o

One side of the fuse will have power. While the new fuse is removed, test for continuity to ground on the side that doesn't have power. There should be continuity, which shouldn't be happening if the system is working normal. You will then need to remove things from that side while watching to see if you lose continuity. Also look over wiring. It's possible there is a wire touching ground.
