2002 accord SE sedan (p1399?)
ive been constantly getting a p1399 code at cold starts... then a cyl 3 misfire code right after... anyone have any idea what a p1399 code is? all the searching comes up with dead answers.
ive changed the whole dizzy assembly, plugs, wires all oem parts. had a valve adjustment, car checked at the dealership, no good! still constantly get that code..
ive even moved the injectors around to see if the misfire moves along with it, and still the same...
warranty just passed the vehicle, and im running out of ideas... a few people mentioned to clean the egr valve but im not sure if that would make a impact on cold starts only, unless the residues makes it stick open when the cars cooled down..

Re: (MooGoCow3)
yes i even looked over at his scantool and it was p1399 (glow plug circuit high side) but isnt this code for diesel engines?, another member on the thread red_em2 found a link stating its manufacture specific code "multiple misfires"...
ive tried looking for a TDC sensor or some sort, but the 02 accord i4 dont seem to have one when i checked hondaautomotiveparts.coms diagrams.
could it be a bad o2 sensor? i didnt have a chance to take that out to take a look yet. and i did not get a compression test done yet as well. but i brought the car in to a honda dealer and all they've told me to do is fill up with gas at a mobil after the gas runs out to see what happens... its like the 3rd refill and still the cel comes on.

Re: (MooGoCow3)
the car was brought into Hillsidehonda for a check on the cel, they did not help at all besides saying fill up gas at Mobil/exxon only. and dont use sunoco etc etc...
