39,400 miles! Good find.
Honda says to change the timing belt every 110,000 miles or every 7 years. I assume they put a year date on them because they can rot. Considering yours sat a lot it may have rotted. If you have the money I would recommend changing it (better safe than sorry). Also, even though they only have 40K miles on them it would be cheap insurance to change the tensioner and waterpump while you're in there.

Yea, extremely blessed to get this vehicle ! Needed a thorough cleaning on the exterior but the interior was like brand new. Put some new Michelins on yesterday and the car rides like a new car.
Just want to have peace of mind concerning the timing belt.
