Do make sure with right size sparkplug and coil pack? If I read your story is you just mess up with ignition, double check again when you change all those stuff if you scared change one by one.

Yea the site can be a little crappy at times, but when they help, they HELP.
I guess the lack of responses is because most people here owns 4 cyl and therefore is used to the 4cyl systems.
Firing order? IDK (I'm sure you got it correct) Why don't you reset the ECU (remove and reinstall neg cable from battery) and try it again. Any not connected ground wires? Worst come to worst, put back your old coil packs.

if your getting random miss fore codes i would be looking at a data list to see what the fuel trims are like.
this sounds like tight valves.tight valves will cause a rough idle and set a random miss fire have it checked @ honda .
no it cant be a cat or egr so dont go changing it because some one said it was .
how many miles are on the car ?

There are a few gurus on this site who can answer all your questions step by step. Especially P Adams, who seems to have less frequent this site lately.
