Default 2000 Accord v6 LX 10 year service recommendations

I recently took my car in to get an estimate for my 10 year service. I have a 2000 accord with only 62,000 miles on it. Their recommendation is below. My question is which of these are really necessary and which don't quite make sense if i plan to keep the car for another 2-3 years.

"To replace just the timing belt, requires removing the timing cover, on your car(belt only), runs $795.00. To replace the timing belt(kit), tensioner bearing & bracket, idler bearing, hydraulic tensioner, & drive belts, runs $1198.00. We would recommend replacing the water pump(driven by timing belt)@ the same time. That job complete with the coolant & water, runs $429.00. It is always recommended to replace the thermostat @ the same time of water pump replacement, since we would be opening the cooling system. That job runs $239.00. Lastly, to replace the cam & crank seals(inside timing cover), which are common to leak oil, runs $290.00. Highly recommend flushing the transmission fluid with our machine, which runs $359.00(16 qts of fluid & kit). ALL estimates include parts, labor, & tax."

Any help is appreciated.
