1997 Honda Accord LX
Manual Transmission

I've been having intermittent trouble starting my car in the cold. I turn the key to 4th position, and I don't hear any crank nor any spinning (indication fuel pump is working). If I try a couple other times it'll work. Sometimes it works on the first try.

Most posts online seem to indicate this issue is due to the Main Relay. For the life of me, I can't seem to find this under the dash.

Any pictures or diagrams would be very helpful.

IF Honda stays true to form:

"If you open the driver's door and slide onto the floor on the driver's side; while laying on your back and slide far enough up so that you can look under the dash look above the steering column, the relay should be positioned beside a silver box. You should see another box with a redish brown bottom and grey sides. That's the Main Relay."
