Default 1996 accord H swap gone bad!!!

ok i swaped the H in my car and im positive i wired everything correctly BUT my car wont start! so i checked if there was spark at the plugs and there is none.... i cant figure out why and on top of that my fuel pump isnt turning on either now i doubt my pump gave out lol im sure it has something to do with me not getting any spark at the plugs.....

when i turn the key it cranks and all the lights in the dash light up so not everythings [freak]ed up...

the only thing i could think of is i either messed something up when i was doing the wire tuck (put my fuse box and my abs fuse box under my dash)

or my obd2 to obd1 conversion harness is [freak]ed up (bought it on ebay)

btw im using a stock prelude ecu....

Had this problem on my friend's h as well. Turned out to be the obd2 to obd1 jumper harness and his FMU.

if your using a P5M 97+ prelude ECU it's not going to start because it has a immobilizer unit inside so there are 3 options get a brand new immobillizer unit,
prelude ignition lock as you need the antenna ring , get it programmed at honda or buy another ECU that the immobilzer and keys are all in the same car or find someone that can solider and buy this mobilizer board A0 from http://www.doctronic.at/Products.htm

nope p13 should be fine so it's got a wireing or ground issue...
