cd5 aftermarket grill install questions.

Grill is advertised as a 94-97 type r grill. But doesnt line up. Called them the say that 94-95 & 96-97 have different grills but all of them arw advertised as 94-97. Anyone purchased one of these?

You bought a cheaply made mass-produced grille. It's not going to fit perfect.

94-97 grilles are all interchangeable.

An authentic Mugen is very popular.

There's a whole bunch of them though. G Square, Mugen, WALD, etc
