1994 Accord rough idle in park/neutral
I have a 1994 Honda Accord that runs strong, but the idle on it when it's in park or neutral bounces from regular idle up to around 1500 RPM. It also does this when you let go of the gas at roughly 25 MPH. It also has this sucking sound when it's running. What could be wrong? I've thought about the CKP sensor, but doubt the source of that information. I'm guessing the sucking sound is most likely a vacuum leak somewhere. What should I try doing to fix this?

Yes, sounds like you have a vacuum leak of some sort. Now you need to find it. Try spraying carb cleaner around the area you most hear the noise. When the car idle changes, you found the leak. Then fix the leak.

Thank you. I will get some and try to spot the leak. I also have super spongy brakes, but have bled them multiple times. The brake lines are original based on wear. I'm thinking maybe the brakes line interior is expanded so it loses pressure? If it's not that, i'm suspecting the master cylinder.

I've bled the brakes multiple times, changed the pads, changed the rotors and the master cylinder and brake booster are new. I'm about to change the brake lines in the next few weeks. Found out that the fan doesn't come on in the car either. Yet another problem to be fixed. I'm thinking the thermostat is bad and making the fan not register the temp to allow it to turn on. If that doesn't fix it, just replacing the fan itself. So much crap is wrong with this thing.
