The good answers I see above are:
(1) engine is burning oil and bad cylinder will show blackened exhaust port inside header, or:
(2) engine is leaking oil onto O2 sensor in front of cat via valve cover, oil filter mount (bad oil cooler gasket if so equipped), or spark plug hole (due to bad o-ring gaskets for plug holes under valve cover or bad o-ring gaskets for plug holes under cam carrier--if a plug wire is totally covered in oil this is likely).
