Default 1991 accord SE steering and suspension Help

The car has 200,xxx miles on it and its 23 years old. I'm turning this car in to a daily driver. I plan on keeping it for some time. currently my cost in to this car is $1655. This includes new 60k or 80k tires and a tune-up / few other parts and 200 for the tax and title (steep right?). I Needed the tires to get the car home, they have 60 miles on them.

I'm up in the air about replacing steering and suspension parts.

The steering is tight, no play, but I can move something by hand, ball joint or tie rod end don't remember. If it was the tie rod end it was in front to back motion not left to right. All the boots on the tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints are bad.

The struts; If I do the push down test, all but one of my struts are working correctly.

The driver side front is hard as a rock will not budge. How can I un-stick this, or is it just broken ? pushing down on the car I see the strut bushing at the top of the mounting plate move as if the rod wants to bust through, but the bushing is holding up fine. It's as the rod will not go into the strut body

Also all the coil spring isolators are deteriorating so there is that.
I want lifetime warranty struts if I replace them. the KYB struts by them self are lifetime, but not the kyb quick strut. The kyb and the Monroe strut are same price and same warranty, but not the quick struts.
are the springs still good after 200xxx?
I can get upper coil spring isolators for $20 and all 4 kyb struts for $200 and reuse every thing.
Or

I can get 4 Monroe quick struts with rebate for ~$280
New upper ball joints/control arm front and rear $150 moog r series
new tie rod ends outer and inner, new lower ball joints $160 moog problem solver.
So would it be worth it to fix all this for ~600 making my total cost ~$2250

Or do you guys propose something else?
I would like cheaper but what can you do. I need a ride and this one gets great gas mileage!

Thanks
