Default Help me identify this sensor please

This is on a 98 Accord EX 2.3. It is on the passenger side of the engine just below the EGR, I'm guessing it is the valve timing oil pressure switch, number 12 on this diagram:

But I want to be sure. I have a small leak there that I'm pretty sure is the sensor or the solenoid assembly (is one more common than the other?) and I'd like to fix it. Here is a couple pics I snapped thanks for any help:
For reference:

Also if this is the valve timing oil pressure switch can I "T" off of it when replacing it and run an oil gauge or should you not do it to this sending unit? Thanks again.

Yup, VTEC oil switch.

Verify that it or its O-ring #18 is leaking and not the VTEC solenoid or its gasket(s).

I would not use that area for using an oil pressure gauge. T off where the oil switch for the idiot light is on the side of the block. #15

Mike thanks that is what I thought. I had planned on "T'ing" off the one on the block at the oil filter but when I saw this I thought if it was just a pressure switch why not? Anyway not sure which one is leaking, could be the solenoid I guess, not sure until I get in there and start taking stuff apart I guess. Is one more common than the other?

I've read more about the solenoid gasket leaking, but also check the valve cover. If it leaks it can piddle onto the VTEC solenoid and block. Best thing to do would be to blast that area with some Simple Green and a garden hose. Then go for a drive and look for any new wet spots.

Sounds like a plan, thanks.
