Default 02 accord I changed ignition coil now no start

My 02 accord with 2.2 litter wouldn't start. Found I wasn't getting spark but was getting power to coil spark. But was very weak. Replaced ignition coil, cap, rotor, wires, and spark plugs, when trying to start had a miss fire. Found I had wires switched. Now just turns over and tries to run every 20 to 30 sec the check engine light does come off when in on position. All my fuses are good. Check the plugs, they were fouled out. The old ones were burning clean. When changing the ignition coil I had to remove the igniter and the magnetic thing in back part of distributor that reads a notch on distributor rod cause I stripped the bolt on coil. And it was wired to that part. I'm stumped. I did turn motor over while rotor was off. Some said it might be 180 out. I looked at timing at dead center I see that number one exhaust valves are up. And rotor is pointing towards 4 pin on cap. Please help thank you

lobes on cam should point away from one another on the #1 cylinder if it is a top dead center.. also check crank pulley and pointer as reference.
the distributor should also be pointing at #1 spark plug..
if this is incorrect at top dead center on cyl #1 then cam timing may be off

How could timing jump by working on the distributor. How do I check and what are the steps to correct. At top center intake valves should be open or exhaust ?

MAKE SURE YOU ARE AT TOP DEAD CENTER ON THE #1 CYLINDER, CHECK YOUR CRANK PULLEY AND POINTER AS REFERENCE
you may not be working on the correct cylinder.. The reason I suggest this is because you only said "the exhaust valves are up"...both should be up with cam lobes pointing away from each other and distributor pointing at #1 Cylinder instead of 4..
Did this car ever run or did you get it like this.?
also all valves should be closed on the #1 cylinder at top dead center.
I believe the rotor only goes on one way..

I'll have to double check the timing tonight. It was running but I disconnected spark plug wires and my girl kept trying to start not know my wires were half way unplugged. Some how ruined my ignition coil

If the car was running before all this disregard the timing concern...
so the ignition coil turned out to bad and the wires were crossed?

Take the distributor out and turn it 180° then install it if the two key things on end of distributor arent broken off..

he crossed his wires. he flooded the engine. specially when he was doing the spark test with the old coil. duh. probably cranked it enough to flood them. then when he installed the new one he crossed the wires. again. flooding the engine. of course the spark plugs are going to be fouled. to remove the coil its 2 screws that hold it to the distributor. and 2 screws that hold the wires to the coil. and 2 screws to remove the igniter. so tell me again why did you remove anything else?

Yes I did flood it. I removed all spark plugs and I am letting cylinders air out and I cleaned spark plugs. My coil has three wires. There is two wires going to one slot and a single wire going to the other. Single wires goes to igniter. One of duplex slit had one wire going to igniter and the other wire going to the part in the back of distributor that reads the notch on the rotor shaft. Is that the igniter? Or is that little grey Hitachi box in lower left corner igniter

Got it! Thank you for the help. After cleaning out cylinders and cleansing spark plugs. I topped dead center and looked at which way rotor was facing. It facing towards #3 so I just swapped wires around and now running smooth. I never removed distributor. Why is it 180 out. I'm thinking maybe some else before I owned car. Will it mess anything up to just swap wires and not rotate distributor?
