This should be pretty interesting...
What's everyone's slang word for a turbocharger?
here's what I've come up with:

pneumatic air-thruster
hamster-wheel
pinwheel power-maker
hairdryer
centrifical fan blade contraption

those are just some I thought of randomly
post em' up!

One of my idiot friends calls it a "sneeze machine."

I call it a turbocharger or refer to it as "boosted" if conversing with a fellow enthusiast. I've also been known to call the turbo itself a "snail" due to its shape.
