Get a coat hanger.

Bend into a shape like this: /\/\

Get a little wedge (like a screwdriver, etc) and hold the weatherstripping back some. I am referring to the piece of weatherstrip that is horizontal along the top of the door (bottom edge of glass).

Slide the first edge of the bent coat hanger down the glass (between glass and weather stripping.

Pull the entire coat hanger up, and you will now have some metal coat hanger poking through on the inside of the glass (if you do it right, you have to turn your coathanger assembly almost parallel to the door or you will get the door panel instead)

Push down on the whole assembly again, and you should have a little coat hanger "arm" inside the car that you can flip the power lock switch with.

This is how most AAA guys will open your car, and they can do it in about 15 seconds. They have prebent tool kits that can handle most cars. It might take you a while, but this method causes the least damage.

You could also just push the coathanger down along the top of the door frame, but then you will put a whole in the top weatherstripping and probably damage your paint.

Hugh Bowie,
Do yourself a favor and shutup, the coat hanger trick is common knowledge. If you havent heard of it you must live a very sheltered life.

I had never tried it either, but then one night I locked my keys in my old Accord, I bent the coat hanger into a "J" shape with a little bit of a curvature to the "straight" part of the J. I pulled it up and down, probably tearing all sorts of **** up, and twisted it, eventually somehow I unlocked the door. This method also works on Ford Escorts. Basically you have to imagine how your lock mechinism would look inside your door.

Whether the locks are straight up and down, side to side, and even where your door handle realease might be.

the coat hanger trick works without power locks too, but its a lot harder. You need a double or triple bent hanger (i would suggest a flat peice of alum. better) with a reverse hook to the end like a J, only steeper. Then go through the top, pulling either the stripping or window back (the window for the Legend i did this for pulled at least a cent.) try to hook the J right in front of the lock mech. and pull it back, using the hook to pull the lock. mech. to the inside, unlocking it. Careful, it is easy to damage the weatherstrip this way...

EDIT: oh yeah, and be prepared to pinch your fingers A LOT...
