And the ultra-rare Diablo SV TT

My personal favorite 90's supercar.....

okay it was an '87 but close enough. ..........1987 288 GTO Evolucione

And of course the whole family...

And still one of the most beautiful F cars of all time:
F355 Challenge

Back in sixth grade I had a folder with this GTO, an XJ220, and a Del Sol (hah, I had no idea how that got in there).

I thought the GT90 was never anything more than a showcase car for Ford. I'm relatively sure I saw a video where the suspension was pretty much solid and the engine was just enough to move it around. I could be wrong though

Edit: It was on an old top gear actually. The top speed was 40mph. It was supposed to have a 6.0L V12 with 4 turbos and 720hp but that never happened obviously.

...because the del Sol IS a forgotten super-car of the 90's

...my opinion may be skewed

Del Sol, a Miata for people who aren't ready to leave the closet.

I used to own this. I am warm and cozy in the closet

But, sold it for this.

And I did this to it.

Okay this thread is kind of mis-titled because most of the cars posted in here are brought up fairly often in conversation. Old≠forgotten... But here are some most enthusiasts don't even know about:

Lamborghini Jalpa

This may not be as forgotten but most people don't know it, Maserati Bora

Saleen S7

Lister Storm

Alfa 33 Stradale, how this doesn't get brought up in every most beautiful car convo is beyond me

Maybe a stretch but De Tomaso Pantera

Mosler Consulier

Who can forget the Edonis? Oh wait... everyone...

Yamaha OX99-11, essentially a F1 car with a body shell, too bad it was never made

There are some more but this should be a pretty good list for now.

Minus the wheels, this car still looks modern.

So many cars I never even knew about. So many seem influenced by Ferrari.

I know it wasn't and never will be forgotten, but I feel the F50 is kinda the redheaded step child of the Super Ferrari's. It's just so brutal and expensive. Incredible sounds and speed though

You go on this little rant and then post a Saleen S7? Who the hell doesn't know what an S7 is?

I my 2 favorite cars have been posted in this thread:

S7 & the XJ220. The XJ desperately needs some different wheels tho (altho I'm sure they serve their purpose)

While a lot of people know what the S7 is very few know anything about it, and it almost always gets ignored when talking about modern supercars.

Really? Those people need to be shot lol. Everytime the supercar thing gets brought up in a drunken stupor the S7 is always brought up.
