National Bank of Commerce aka National Commerce Financial

The Fed and etc are closed tomorrow, but we are still opened. We only close 4 holidays out of the year. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter (I believe, can't remember the 4th day). So we get comp days that we can use through out the year whenever we want for working the holidays.

Does an employee owned credit union count as a federal institution?

I seriously doubt a Credit Union will be opened tomorrow. Best bet is to call them tomorrow and see if anyone answers the phone.

it would depend upon the individual branch of credit union.

Since the markets are closed, most financial institutions will be closed... banks where you make deposits into checkings and savings acct's may be open but most likely 90% or more will be closed
