Default Turbo oiling question

I was just wondering if turbos use their spooling motion to pump oil, or rely on the engine oil pump to pump oil. What would be the minimum psi of oil the turbo would need to run?

No, the turbo isnt a pump itself. It needs pressure from the factory oil pump to cool the CHRA.
Turbos like oil pressures to be from 20-60 psi.
