Default spooling a t72 turbo?

I am thinking of buying this turbo from a friend. I have a 1.9 l ls vtec, 8.5.1 compression. Reving up to 9200 rpm. How fast would i be able to spool this turbo. Here are the specs.
Wet float bearing,
Turbine P Trim .96 A/R Turbine
Compressor Wheel 102.4mm/72.1mm
Turbine Wheel 74.1mm/64.6mm
Hot Side 3" V-band
Shooting for 26 psi of boost.

8.5! It's a HONDA!
Why so low!??
This is 2010, high cmp is perfectly fine on properly tuned turbo setups!

Your question all depends on the other specs of the motor such as cams and intake setup. The tune also factors a large amount into spool time.

"shooting for 26 psi of boost" is also relative and essentially means nothing! Forget all about how much PSI you want to run!!!!

I know I should've got some higher comp pistons. My cams are stock b16, with b16 intake manifold, super tech valve springs and retainers, adjustable cam gears, gsr transmission with lsd and carbon syncros. It is running on e85.

It'll "spool" tomorrow. Maybe the day after that.
