Default Is this possible?

Lets just say when I put my motor back in last winter from being built I couldnt figure out why it wasn't starting. The firing order was right, or so I thought... Then i switched a wire or 2 and it started. Well I just went to switch my plugs and wires, and now I cant get it to start again. I went along with the 1-3-4-2 and I know how to put the wires on but it doesnt run good at all. After playing with the wires, and having a couple backfires, i got it to start on the 1-3-4-2, but it runs terrible, Is it possible that my firing order on my b18b1 is NOT 1-3-4-2? If so, how do I fix this? It starts and runs, but has NO power what so ever. Like its running on 3 cylinders.
