Default pcv block plug?

im having problems with what appears the black stock catch can leaking from under the o-ring seal, freshly boosted b18c on 9:1 with even 180psi in all 4 cylinders(appears to be good) with no indicatinons of blow by.

is anyone having this problem? I was wanting to get a aftermarket catch can and get the plug to plug off the stock one because im tired of oil leaking out there.

ive beenreading on acceleration the pcv valve stops working- and oil is slung to the back of the block, and oil is pooring out and driping on my downpipe.

So i figured id completely get rid of the stock pcv box all together, plug the hole to fix my leaking isues, and use a catch can to relieve pressure that needs to be relieved.

Ive seen people use the z10 plug- where can I get it...?
Also Whats a good catch can setup I can get?

Check you O-ring seal again and make sure the O-ring is not crimped or torn.

lol i just had called them before i read this post.

the guy didnt seem like he wanted to answer my questions and was busy- ill ask them here.

Im leaking toward the z10 kit because:

1. My engine seems to be leaking at the stock pcv breather box hole badly- the cure to keep if from leaking there would to obviously be to seal it with the z10 plug-of couse ventilation would need to be done differently since the hole is plugged.

Where will the catch can attach to since that access hole is plugged- does it go somewhere else diferent?

2. I was also wanting to do a second one off the valve cover for aditional ventilation- can someone post a picture of a CLEAN upper valve cocer setup with the anodized fittings mounted to a second can?

Go Z10 with a moroso setup. The only way to get the Z10 is to call them. They are very busy but don't blame them.

there shouldnt be much oil getting into it... The purpose of this is to ventilate crankcase pressure, so of course some can and will get in there, but not enough to worry about... The areas where the fittings are tapped into dont have oil running through them, just airspace...

Untrue. These passage ways are the major oil galleys for the motor (they return oil from head to oil pan) There is a lot of oil going through them.

I have one port off the back of the block, the one to the left of the oil filter in the picture posted above. It fills my catchcan up in about 2 weeks.

My OTHER catchcan off the valvecover NEVER has any oil in it though. I do not have to drain it.
