Getting rid of my y7, looking a either boosting either of those two.
Heard the f22 are good for boost
heard the b18b LS motor is also good
Keeping them stock
both cheap and easily found,
let me know you experience tech members!

You need to be more specific with your question. purpose, power, use, chassis, etc.
Then study this part.. all 1297 pages to see what's done.
https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced...etups-1323059/
Then do the same here for another 37 pages:
https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced...983967/page37/
Once you have a bit more detail of the specific questions you're trying to into your mind, we can then help you with options. But as you're stating it now, too many of each to list.
Don't get into that "TL;DR" **** either. We can't read minds, so you have to start off like this. 15 years of archives, so you won't get a "quick list" here.
Good luck.. Happy reading.

F22 is the best, ever, at everything. The balance shafts help keep the Ying close to the Yang, and forever happy engine balance. No question, B18T.
Looks like the mosquito's are coming out early this year in the toba.
