Default Okay- spark plugs for a NEWLY BUILT Turbo H22A- copper or iridium?

Well I know for one that NGK's are the best to use in Honda engines, so with that I am deciding between NGK's 7 series copper plugs, or the 7 series NGK iridium plugs.(One heat range colder than stock). I know that people say avoid platinum plugs like the plague, but what about iridium? Or is copper and turbo the only safe mix? Any help thoughts on this would be great, as I am getting my motor back soon and need to put new plugs in there...

Never used copper, but I'm told that the iridium plugs are not resistant at all to detonation and tend to come unglued. Myself, I prefer the Bosch F6DPs.

Always go copper. All other materials such as iridium or platinum may last forever, but they do much for performance. You can also get 4 sets of NGK copper plugs for one set of iridium or platinum plugs.

copper has lower electrical resistance.

Yeah- I read that, and the main info poster there seemed to rank the Bosch 6 range double platinum's higher than the NGK 7 range plugs(very similar heat ranges between the B6 and NGK7). But from what a lot of people say- avoid plats. So I think for now I will stick with the NGK 7 series copper plugs, and tune with them, and then just replace them every 10K. Just can't remember which EXACT NGK plugs to get(part number)...

Should be the BKR7E or BKR7E-11 for an upgraded ignition.
