Oil on FUEL RAIL? what gives
Ok so latest update to those that have been following me....
Ive got some oil on my fuel rail.......the only source that i can locate is my breather filter on my valve cover. now i think im having some valve issues. could this allow oil to get out and thus evacuate through my breather filter?

Have you inspected the breather filter element? For cracks? Valve cover gasket? Oil on top, side or underneath the rail?

oil on top side of fuelrail (visable if standing infront of car looking down)
Notes:
JUST replaced stock Valve cover with a CTR Red one.....however the oil drops were there before the switch) its a K&N Filter, i trust its quality
help!

well since you are lost compresion, the oil is going past the ring lands and into the breather filter. Its normal when you loose compression.

however art....
if you have been reading up on my last post (hehehe) you would note:
I did the test under inproper conditions (Cold engine, throttle body closed)
i RE-DID the compression check with a warm engine, and my foot to the floor (open throttle body) and my #s were right where they should be!
so compression is fine i guess! im so confused....but could the oil rings be going anyways?
