my f22 nonvtec stock bottom end EF (pictured above) just ran an 11.7@ 125 the other night. only got one full boost run in....(PACKED)... should have mid/low 11's in it with a full tune, and the better turbo i'm strapping to it this week..

Here is my boy's accord with a nonvtec f22
simple setup with an evo 16g, dsm manifold, delta cam, etc.
Setup made 270whp on 9psi through a full 2.5" exhaust with an old worn out motor and ran 13.2@104mph
Now it is straight open 3" downpipe and has a few more upgrades with more boost + a new block ( old one suffered from a huge boost spike )

That's mine! Good old Mshue tuned the monster and the only problem it has at the track now is trraaccttion! Regardless, get ready for some more go-fast upgrades this summer.

wow very nice... just curious if you know the weight of the car? cause 125mph traps is FLYING for the amount of boost your running.

Wow thats light, nice work. Ive heard good things about prodrive but for the most part with any high revving motor an upgraded crank pulley should be a must.

Re: (ForceFed_Motorsports)
well, i guess you'd call a tiny undampened crankpulley an upgrade, power wise. its doing what it should, but i think i might need a dampner (ATI, etc), or at least a factory one.
H dampners/pulleys fit F engines right?
with our injector duty cycle, we assume its making about 400 whp. gotta figure out this oil issue though

Damn 2020lbs, my accord is a tank compared to that... just add about 1000 lbs... ... I feel fat.
I would stick with stock oil pump gear but I would definately be using a dampened crank pulley, the problem is where do you find one? No one can tell me for sure if the h22 ones would be ok on the f, so I have been stuck with putting the stock damper/ pulley back on for now.
I would think the h22 damper/ pulley would be ok, very similar motor afterall but.. I dont want to asume what I dont know.
I just know I definately would be running some kind of damper... whether stock or aftermarket.

Re: (redzcstandardhatch)
ATI is a good unit... i would think you should be able to use an H on the F. Only way to know is to try it and then post it up so everyone can be informed

Re: (ForceFed_Motorsports)
I wonder if bisimoto or someone is running one on his f series... just curious.
Anyone wanna donate a fluidamper to me.
Edit: I am going to run the stock one for now, it is in good condition and maybe switch at a later point.

I posted that as a rule of thumb... obviously it will work since your using one now, *cough*jackass*couch*

Re: (ForceFed_Motorsports)
bisi is running one of his pullies (like i have), as are MANY other guys...it seems to work great in lower HP or limited use applications. i dont doubt it'd be fine on a stock engine...
mines making an estimated 390-410 whp, and similar torque numbers though.
talking to ATI about getting drawings for a damper, to see if it'll fit in my swap..might have to knock away the frame more

Re: (redzcstandardhatch)
Oh right i didnt even think about it interfering with the frame... hope the belt doesnt go bad lol. Might be loosening some motor mounts to get it off.

Re: (Mr Wonderfull)
yeah...they put HUGE MF'ers on these things from the factory..
anybody think a modified B series pulley would dampen enough (factory pulley, with the hole opened up enough)
