Need Help with sudden appearance of blue smoke.
I just had my oil changed, oil pan gasket changed, and distributor gasket changed.
In the process, the valve cover was removed for the distributor gasket replacement and the downpipe was removed in order to change the oil pan gasket.
I am now blowing blue/white smoke at cold idle only. This was not the case prior to the work being done. This happened immediately after the oil change.
There must be a quick fix!
Number one, I will check the spark plugs to make sure that they are not oily from an incorrectly placed valve cover gasket. Could my turbo oil return be kinked?
VaporTrail probably knows. Can you help? Anyone else please make suggestions.

you should check the spark plug seals. it is possible that whoever removed the
rocker cover may have lost or not seated a seal back in its place, the fall off fairlly
easy u should get it checked. a seal may not be seating properly and a plug may be burning oil.
