Ha. That is going to be the real tricky part, all comes down to if you can take enough power/ boost out in first really. A good tire helps but to much tire and you are going to start killing driveline parts.

AFAccord... WOW!!!! My hat is off to you!!!
I have an 01 coupe I got on the cheap. A sweet turbo, hondata, adjustable shocks, and springs. After creating a 3" exhaust and a little TLC I started to play with the hondata, revised the boost to 8-10 psi. That is really all I feel safe doing. I was told it was tuned to 10 psi, and the duty cycle seems to fine with little issues. In fact got the springs adjusted to allow a very low ride, and a some adjustments in the non-boost have given great mileage. Over 40 MPG at under 60 MPH, with nice power.
Totally love the power band and am curious if you have boost levels at different RPMS vs the power curves you have posted?
Also, if anyone has thoughts about adding boost at lower RPM (under 3,000). I think some mild porting, and reducing the intercooler piping lengths may help.
Lastly, with what I believe to be a stock engine and over 200,000 on it, I am thinking about boost capable piston and rods (likely from Bisi). Most of the Hondas I have had apart the rings seem to be the issue, not the sleeves.
Do you think you could have done say 0.010" over vs the 0.5mm pistons?
Thanks and I am sorry for posting to an older post.. but it really is amazing!!

Thanks. Almost 10,000 miles on this setup and going strong. I've got lots of updates I need to post up. I'm taking her for a few laps around the Nurburgring on the 31st of this month. Can't wait! Here's a photo of her here in Germany. I've since replaced the bumper with a new OE unit, but haven't been able to get a front lip shipped over yet.

AFAcord as I have mentioned previously, I simply love the post and the level of detail you have provided.
Can you give me your two cents on porting the inlet and outlet systems (intake mainfold, TB, turbo, manifold, head)? I guess it seems that combined with great exhaust manifold and slightly higher compression you have, I am searching mentally to figure out how your HP numbers are as high relative to the boost as they are. The lower boost numbers are awesome and since I am at about 10-11 psi now, I would kill to have what you have at 12 psi when I am done, but admit that I assume in the long run more is always better. Well at least until parts start breaking.
I can only imagine what 50-100 mph acceleration must be like at your higher boost levels.
Thanks for your time!

I can't recall if I'm subscribed to this thread or not, but since I'm talking transmissions/gears with you about this now, and since I continue to struggle finding this thread I figured a comment here would be appropriate.
Sorry RonJ.
