Motor mounts: Best DAILY/STREET solution?

Motor mounts: Best DAILY/STREET solution?
Well I've been reading threads upon threads of people either complaining about vibration at idle or sagging poly after a couple weeks, that has gotten me concerned.
Let me state this car will not be a drag strip monster and will mainly be a daily driver/putting around town car.
I posted this here because I'm mainly curious about mounts that will live up to turbo abuse (lets say 400whp).
From the reading I have done the best daily/street friendly mounts are the Hardrace 5pc kit Hardrace 5pc Hardened Motor Mount Kit - 92-00 Civic / 94-01 Integra - JDM Honda Parts USA
BUT
On my last Integra I had Hasport billet motor mounts Acura Integra Hasport Billet Motor Mount Kit « Hasport Motor Mounts / Inserts (I have absolutely no idea which ones) and I do not remember ANY vibration at idle. Possibly slight vibration when you reved it a little.
So what are opinions here? Money isn't a problem as this isn't something I want to cheap out on.
Edit: I found out I had the Hasport STREET mounts and I had a good bit of vibration

I would say stay with the stock mounts and use an Ingalls Engine torque dampener to eliminate engine movement AND keep vibration to a minimum.
Nothing keeps vibration out like STOCK. BUT, if trying to keep the power to the wheels, you can use a good dampener

Can't find them for sale for a DC2
After doing a bit of searching and reading (I didn't like how only one side of the motor was tied to the chassis) I believe a great combination might be the Hardrace motor mounts paired with Full Race traction bars.

Re: Motor mounts: Best DAILY/STREET solution?
okie dokie..
I got one myself. (And I have a DC2.. ) (see far right by the DEI sleeved oil feed line.)
You're not looking hard enough in the right spots, homie.
It doesn't work the way you think it does. That is a hydraulic piston (not unlike a hydraulic shaft on a fork lift) and is adjustable. It keeps that entire engine from moving, believe me.
Hardrace uses a nice hardened rubber, but the traction bars have nothing to do your idle vibration. just the wheel hop on hard stops.

^^^^Nice!!!. LighteningTeg means Polyurethane Inserts into the Torque mounts themselves as shown above. not replacement aftermarket motor mounts that you're thinking of (like AVID, Innovative, HASport, etc). Prothane, Hardrace, and Energy Suspension have replacement inserts that can be pressed into the torque mounts themselves, keeping the OEM Motor mounts to absorb all of the vibration.

Take $10 and go to home depot. Purchase 2 tubes of PL premium polyurethane construction adhesive. Fill your mounts with it. Stiff but absorbent and cheap as f. Shodan regarding that ground location, The rubber gasket insulates that position from the rest of the block, the resistance is infinite. If that's your motor.

Its like everyone is wondering about that ground so much. its part of my Earthing kit.

The hole you're in is for the cruise control cable bracket. Stud to the left is the one to bond to. People likely jump at the chance to give you advice lol, never happens.

So where do I find the Ingalls for a DC2? All I have found is RSX and newer Cvics.

Re: Motor mounts: Best DAILY/STREET solution?
The only other one he can try is the 93020, which fits both Civic SI (2000) and the standard Civic from 96-2000. It will not fit the Integra.
The bracketry for the Integra chassis is different, hence the different part number of 93023.
If you have a CIVIC chassis, than use the 93020. If you have an INTEGRA chassis, you use 93023

Re: Motor mounts: Best DAILY/STREET solution?
Yes, 93023 is the correct part number for integras. You have two options to get it from amazon, one for $309 and one for $176, both are for the same part

Re: Motor mounts: Best DAILY/STREET solution?
And this damper does not transfer vibrations? Even if it is hydraulic, its stilled a fixed pinned connection. I think the torque inserts, from a cost perspective, would be where to start.

Re: Motor mounts: Best DAILY/STREET solution?
I don't know if this video will help, but this is on a GSC T1 camshaft at 1200 idle on the dyno hubs.. You can see there was vibration on the engine, but didn't get into the cockpit at all.
I think Both solutions working with one another will do the job. I don't believe this is an "Torque Inserts vs. Damper" debate.. More like "Torque Inserts with Damper" will eliminate all of the issues.
