Default JG Engine Dynamics

So I have a sunk cylinder wall on my jg engine dynamics block. I call JG and tell them and they tell me no problem send it in and we will take care of it. Do you think this is just a lame ploy to get me off there back or will they take care of me. Cause all ive heard is bad stuff about them.

You mean they actually picked up the phone and offered to help out? You better take advantage of this!

I have read alot of forums about people having bad experiences with Javier. I have had a block and head built by JG and its been a great experience. They make a beautiful product in my opinion! Everyone is liable to make a mistake from time to time. I think Javier has probably built tons of engines that are perfect and make great power but, no one talks about the good stuff people do. I notice alot of the complaints about him where from the same few people and they where all around the same time frame. I can ony speak for me that in 2011 i have been very satisfied with Javier. As far as the phone goes, if you want him to answer you then call first thing in the morning. Or just e-mail and he always responds asap.

Ya, you can't really expect a shop owner to answer every phone call during the day when he is out building engines, etc, etc... If he spent all day answering the phones then people would be bitching about how it took him 3 months to get their product from him! So either way he's screwed. haha. But ya, first thing in the morning or late in the day maybe? Best things would be email...it will be there for him when he has time to check his inbox!

Yes...he does really care about the meticulous works with these engines. Takes a lot of time completing the task at hand.
