I would also say, nothing over 10psi on stock internals just to be safe for now, what exactly is your power goal that you are trying to get?

B20 bottom ends are notoriously weak so id go ten lbs at most! My buddy is running his on 7 and still makes 270 or so to the wheels. not bad

I cant believe some of you guys are saying 10 lbs with over thousand post, thats such a board term. It depends on the OPs turbo if he has a gt35r and a 57 trim theres going to be a big difference on power. I'm running 18lbs on my turbo but that doesnt matter because I'm only making 330whp currently. Its about the whp not the psi. OP I would say nothing over 300whp.

lol i was about to write the same thing. You tuner should have a good idea of what he could get out of it, if you're looking to get the most power you can.

In my post, if you look it ask the operator how much is the power he is wanting, and also he has posted the turbo setup he has, as to why I said that 10psi should be safe. Not saying that as a "board term"....

the 450cc injectors are gonna flow a max of 350whp which probably wouldn't be at a safe duty cycle. So about 300whp would be a safe max in my opinion

OP some comments about what you plan on getting. I would recommend just staying with the stock fuel regulator its good for up to 400whp. Also the victor x isn't really needed unless your going for big power which your not. I would recommend the sk2 IM since this is a DD and sk2 is for more mid range power were as the victorx is more for high end aka better on the track.

I second that. Also the fuel rail isnt needed either. I would save the money on those parts and put it towards a good fuel management system. Especially if you plan on pushing the limits of your stock engine. You can go a lot farther with a good tune.

exactly, just get a fuel pump and injectors, maybe a fpr, save the rest for hondata s300. spend the big money on the ems, you can always reuse it for any setup down the road.

If you are going for the 300whp on that then the 310cc's will be almost maxed out if i'm not mistaken, I would get at least 440cc injectors... But Nice car hope you get it going soon.

OK...the next one to say "you can run X psi" is going to be deleted.

OP: The stock block is good for ~300whp. The sleeves aren't known to be the most reliable in all the B series engines, so get a good tune and don't push it too hard. As for the injectors, the DSM 450cc's will get you just up to the 300whp mark but won't have much left beyond that. A set of 310cc injectors is basically worthless...since you'll be limited to about 210whp. Your buddy was dead wrong on that one.

If i were you, i would get a set of 550cc injectors, a Crome or Neptune Chipped P28 and hit the dyno. You don't need to spend a grand on a tuning software only to dump $50 into injectors. For your needs, either of the two above EMS's will work.

excally what i was about to post.

what brand is that turbo? if its a ebay turbo throw it away.. it wont boost for ****.

i dont know what clutch your using but that should be takin into consideration also.

not sure why you would spend all the money to boost it and to only put it on 7 psi...

lmao @ 10 psi max on stock block...

k20 ftw!!!
