i have a h23 last week i spun a bearing in my motor its a fully built h23 pistons, rods, head work, i blue a head gasket and put water in my oil so the motor is apart getting rebuilt i bought another h23 am putting in tomorrow its a fully stock motor am trying to make it to the track this weekend and run my car with the stock motor and boost i want to know how much boost u think i can stuff in to the motor being stock i got the fuel (440cc) am not going to used the NOS on the stock motor but i was think i may can run 13-14psi on the stock motor at the track tell me what u think i got to go and at least run some low 13's or high 12's on a stock motor

If you tune it good I dont see why you couldnt run that much boost. With stand alone that is.

u think 15-16psi be pushing it on stock motor if i keep the timing retard

If you dont have standalone, I wouldnt even go past 9psi.
