Default Boosting a B18c

Hi, guys i have stock jdm b18c gsr and a ct25 turbo i just want to run between 300-350hp. Would I be able to run on stock internals? If not what should i do to the motor to make it reliable?

people push 300hp with low boost on stock gsr internals all the time. they will take it, but for how long. if you arent beating on it constantly, id like to think you could get away with 8-10 pounds, 300 whp for a while, although im not familiar with that turbos potential.
im in the same boat. im wanting to boost my b18c1, but its my only car, so i want to wait til i can build it a bit.
if you want to do some cheaper stuff for some peace of mind, do some ARP headstuds, new headgasket, and most important of all, a good tune.

The turbos of a 1jz supra, but yea just finish doing my swap so i'll probably wait till next summer to boost it. I was just wondering if it would be reliable on stock internals, but If i can run 8-10 pounds with changing minor things I'm more than happy.
