Hey guys,

I have a D16Y8 (OBD2->OBD1 conversion). I just want to know where the evap purge solenoid is located and how do i go about disconnecting it?

Since i'm OBD1, i have no use for it....and i heard it really helps with the idle if it's disconnected.

Please advise, if you guys got any pics that would be great.

my was located on my b16 right on top of the fuel rail. its a black plug. just unplug it.

That sounds pretty easy. I'll look for it tonight and unplug it and reset the ecu.
