What size are you guys able to enlarge it to without leakage? Was thinking of doing this on tank side have custom line on other end with no banjo.
Thanks

you mean the fuel supply hole? you can't really enlarge them...
most just run an aluminum an fitting off the pump hat with a larger line... easiest thing to do, especially since that banjo is crimped to the OEM line

I know that Extralargenog has mentioned doing this, and clocking the bolt so that the hole directs fuel straight into the stock line, maybe shoot him a PM?
How much power are you shooting for on this build, and what fuel? I have seen about 525 whp on E85 with a stock fuel pump side on a Walbro, back in the day. That car got switched to a bottom sump with Aeromotive pump feeding the stock hard line after that.

450 pump 2150cc injectors made 600 on E85 with stock lines all the way to the stock filter. From the filter to the rail it has a -6 feed line.
Not sure how much power you are after, but stock lines can and will support more than 550

This might be what your after....

I'm looking at doing the same thing. Ideally I want to run a -8an line but haven't found a solution yet. I'm going to email br to see if he can get the above fitting in a -8an.

The other way to deal with that at the tank would be to use a 12mmx 1.25, to -6an male, then a -6 an to -8an 90 degree fitting, it would be a bit taller though. That is how I feed my fuel rail from my stock filter in the bay.

Re: Enlarging Fuel Tank Banjo Bolt Hole?
Interesting! See I have the B&R fittings kit -6 from the hardline to fuel rail kit with -6AN for AEM fuel rail with inline 10 Mircron filter.
So I would just run the -6 line all the way up to the inline filter. Just would need the fitting and hose I would imagine.
But is the -6 and that fitting worth the effort (that much larger then stock)? I would ideally use stock return.
Stock Banjo Inside Diameter Hole size of Hose .313 roughly 5/16
-6 .330 roughly 21/64
Stock Return appears to be close to 7/32 inside diameter
11/32 is .3438
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Called B&R and I think it will make a bit of difference to be worthy wise and do away with the slightly more restrictive stock banjo setup and go with -6 up to my inline.
