Emory cloth if you're really worried about it. Doesn't look like much of a concern to me.

It doesnt look like it but when I run my finger nail up and down like so this is what happens.

definetley emory clotch or some scotch brite pads to dull it down a bit, obviously wont relieve the dent but atleadt you can take the shiny/sharp surfaces to a minimum

I always use whetstones to take down bumps like that. Works perfectly because you have exact control of where you want to file. There's no collateral damage like with sandpaper/cloth.

use the red color scotch brite.

that should debur the sharp corners.
