I went to the E-Check place to get my car inspected and I forgot to turn off my turbo timer. So I went inside to this little glass room where is see the guy pull my car up from where I left it running and then I watch him take out the keys and go ballistic !! He's looking all around frantically trying to find out what he did wrong. His heads bobbing to both sides of the steering wheel wondering how he can get the car to turn off.

I see him turn to me holding the keys mouthing something like WTF ???

I almost died laughing from seeing him **** his pants and I thought he might fail me right there for having something stupid. He grumbled something when I went out to turn the car off.

Anyway, I thought you guys might get a good laugh from this.

yeah the first time I took my dad for a ride in my car and when we got out he kinda did the same thing. Its pretty funny.

echeck is a pain the in the *** and costs $20, Ive had a type-r pass with no cat on it and a accord with 150k and no cat pass too yet ive had a 98 s10 fail twice so I drove it to the downtown one and it passed the first time with no issues. echeck is a slush fund for the state of ohio

i always get people running after me in parking lots screaming "dude your car is still running!!" ... or when my mom moves my car around in the driveway i hear her stall it sometimes.

I dunno about that, it seems pretty easy as far as emissions tests go - lotss of people get away without required equipment as long as they pass a four gas test. That's following the spirit of the law - good emissions - without trying to **** enthusiasts with the letter of the law.

Blundar had his turbo LS CRX w/ no cat pass Cincinnati e-check. The e-check guys apparently liked the car a lot, he got to take one of the guys down the road and scare him in it.

My problem initially was that I had my AEM EMS in the car and the guy doing the OBD2 computer check was not getting it to connect. I had to go out and ask him what was going on. He said NO STOCK COMPUTER = FAIL.

I had to go home and change my injectors, put back my stock o2 sensor and put my stock ECU back in. That's why it was a pain in the *** for me.

In my opinion, if they are doing a smog test then just shove the *&%(&^% pipe up my pipe and see if I pass or not. Who cares what ECU I am running if my car is putting out clean air ????

haha thats pretty funny. that happened to my friends WRX, his dad drove it and turned off the car but it was still running. he came inside holding the key in the air, looking out in the garage, looking at my friend, then looking back into the garage at the running car.
