Thought i could share my build with you guys!!!!! Black beast 500whp
After cracking my ringlands on my stock long block, i decided to go all out.
here is my new setup:
Benson sleeved B16a block bored out to 81.5mm ( thanx alot to Mike @ Laskey Racing )
CP pistons 9.0:1
Manley rods I-Beam Turbo Tuff Full-Race Motorsports edition
Full ACL bearings
ARP rod,main and head stud
Micropolished and Balanced the crank
Supertech valve,springs and retainers
Garrett GT3076r with 82.AR exhaust housing
Hondata s300
Neukin topmount manifold with 3inch downpipe
44mm Tial wastegate
Precision 1000cc injectors
enough said lol theres more but.....

i thought that was my old motor until i saw pics of you building it....i had earl build me that EXACT motor year or two back sold it before i even took it off the engine stand thou

Similar setup to what I want to do.
Minus the sleeving and the topmount.
Noone ever does a setup similar to mine with ac/ps.

My old car was a 92 Cx, I'm quiet fine with no powersteering, but since the car came with it, I'm keeping it.

actualy i paid 163$CAD to get my block and crank shipped out to Laskey, then no customs at the door from fedex on its way back i was prety happy lol cauz i thought they were going to kill me at the door also.

- New valve guides
- Supertech nitride coated valves, titanium retainers and springs ( Thanx again to Mike Laskey for giving me a awesome deal on those!!! )
Now ive been thinking about new cams lately, but havent even looked into it yet, so if you guys have some good inputs let me know

Well the head is finally done

awesome setup. pretty much what i want to do with my gsr dunno if im gonna go with the baller topmount though. im surprised nobody has given you **** for not going 84mm. any particular reason?
