Default Car finished and fired up... but stalling at high and low speeds?

A shop has just finished up swap (Check sig). I picked it up yesterday to start with the engine break in process. (The car is tuned to 5000 rpm with Hondata K-Pro so i can break it in)
Now heres a problem i am having. The car would die out/stall everytime the car is decelerating. It will happen at high or low speeds.

For Example:
When im cruising on the freeway at 60 to 65 mph, when theres traffic ahead.. i press the clutch and go into netrual... i let it coast down to 30-40 mph and then the car would stall/die out. (When tapping or not tapping on the breaks)

On City driving, the car would stall/die out everytime i come near a complete stop, everytime.

I bringing the car back to the shop so they can check it out later today or tomorrow. Since they arent open yet, i just wanted to post up here and see what some members think about my problem.

What can actually cause the car to die out/stall when the car is decelerating?

Thanks in advance

when mine done this it was the thrust washers, one was put in backwards. Not saying this is the problem but when mine was acting up it was 99% the same as you desribe yours as doing. Hope this is not the prob...Had to replace all the bearings on mine...

Dropped by the shop to have the car check out earlier today.

The fan was blowing the wrong way and was causing the car to overheat (temp gauge malfunctioned) He also messed with the idle valve duty cycle and idle sped with my K-Pro ecu> Everything drives fine now
