B-series crank pulley diameters for supercharger people
Been doing a bit of digging and found the following:
I'd like to check if it's correct so if you know better or can fill in the gaps please sing out.
This is useful info for people wanting to cost effectivly alter the boost level of a supercharger without buying or making stepper pullies or snout pullies.
I'm missing the type-R diameter and the JDM B20b:
B16a P30 = 5.6" 142.2mm
B16b JDM = ???
B18c P72 = 6" 152.4mm
B18c5 P73 = ???
B20b US = 6.2" 157.48mm
B20b JDM = ????
If you can list what boost you are achieving and list your pulley diameters like below that would be even more help to everyone.
Engine: B18c-R
Type of supercharger: JRSC Eaton M62
Boost average: 8.8psi
Crank pulley diameter: 5.8" (Jackson racing)
Alternator pulley diameter: 2.9"
Step up/down on alternator pulley: 1:1
Supercharger snout pulley: 3.8"

Re: B-series crank pulley diameters for supercharger people
Veris kindly gave me a link to his ftlracing JRSC page http://www.ftlracing.com/tech/honda/jrsc_pulley.html
I also got a local Honda wrecker to measure all the B-series pullies he had in stock, here are some which differ from what we know is available.
These are all JDM engines.
169mm 6.65"
B20b CRV
B20b Stepwagon
163mm 6.4"
B18c SiR DC2
B18b Orthia wagon
These are a lot bigger than the equivalent USDM engines, perhaps this is because the JDM models tend to run more electrical accessories?
The JDM CRV/Stepwagon pulley on a GSR with no stepper and a 3.8 charger pulley would be around 12psi going by Veris's calculation page.
