same as the stock studs...you should verify with a helms manual...
It depends on the moly lube you use
Should be 70lbs with moly lube and 83lb with oil

Re: ARP head stud torque specs? (Giovannie)
dont ever just go straight to 70lbs and click it.. start low say 20 then 40 then 60 then 70 step it up works the best method and you will never have a head stud faile you.. unless you run some ungodly boost..
also i like to tigthen down the nuts rather than hand tight like the instructions. I learned this tip from earl and it seems to hold better just my 2cents.

use a two nuts method to tighten the studs to the block before you drop the head on the block...
and tighten it in 2-3 sequence...

Yes, ARP's are reusable. The two nut method is just a trick to drive studs in and out. Thread two nuts together on the stud and using 2 box end wrenches, tighten them up against each other really well. Then you can drive the stud down by turning the top nut clockwise, and both nuts should move as one. This will give you a little more strength when driving the studs down so it's not just finger tightened.

Re: ARP head stud torque specs? (gtcali)
I was on the phone with ARP the other day and they told me the torque specs for the studs were 65 ft/lbs with the moly lube.
