Any thoughts on the exedy stage 2 clutch?
I have a boosted integra ls making 220/205 right now and am looking into the exedy stage 2 clutch for my car (i have been running on the stock clutch for about 6 months). I was just hoping ot get your all's thoughts on the clutch. Any experience with it?

I actually enjoy using this clutch. The engagement is simple and easy to use, But the same time control over 305lbs of torque . Don't let the fact That this stage two is a three puck, with a sprung hub on 6 points of the clutch. I personally never did like CM stages 2 or above. This particular piece is great for daily driving and is very good for that kind of power.

Re: Any thoughts on the exedy stage 2 clutch? (TheShodan)
i had that on my b16 delsol with the exedy flywheel and i didnt like it, it was very grabby, and shook the car when at low RPM engagment. and ive changed like 5 clutches in all my different cars, and they never head that problem, so i know i didnt do somthing wrong.
I would say maybe go with the fidanza or exedy flywheel, and exedy stage 1 (30 or 60%? over OE) , if you a daily driver, and dont plan on going over 220. that way its a fullfaced clutch and engament is like stock.
If you plan on going over 220hp you might want to get a 6 puck plutch.
just my opinion

Yea I liked my exedy stage 2....it held just fine for like 15,000miles with 375whp & 250-260wtq. Would have gone longer, but I switched it out for a twin disc (need the extra capacity now *wink wink* haha)

yea, I'm sure it could have taken more...but obviously you don't know exactly how much. I would have ran more, but I decided to swap out the clutch since its rated at 72% increase over stock and I'm already over that. And now that the block is on its way back, I'll be WAY over that haha.
Oh...and the clutch is easy as hell to try. It feels just like a regular clutch.

Yea I think that's a fair price. I paid $416 for mine (off of modacar.com)
I am being lazy and didn't re-read this thread but....remember that boost is very addictive. Buy a clutch that will hold at your desired power level goals.
