I can only speak on my own experiences with the 2-step built into Neptune.

You rev to whatever RPM you would like to engage the 2-step at, hold it at that RPM and then floor it. You then bounce off a limiter at that RPM.

Useful in consistent launches, building boost off the line, etc.

Hope that helps.

It's basically a rev limiter used to launch at a desired RPM and/or boost level. You can cut fuel, spark or both. If your EMS is capable of it you can retard the timing. I was able to make 19lbs - 21lbs at 4,500RPM with the timing at -10 degrees I think it was. with a car I tuned. Video is below.

What kind of wastegate spring were you using on that setup?
I heard the amount of boost you build depends on the wastegate spring is this correct?
Because when I set my 2step in S300 at 5000rpm I make only about 7 psi boost with a 7.25 psi wastegate spring.

That's true but with their engine management I could control how much boost it built with the boost control

So If I have a MBC set at lets say 14 psi I should be able to build more boost than what I am building now with the S300?
