Well i just took off the valve cover and those gaskets seem to be fine
it might be the lower ones but it would suck if i took the whole assembly off and it wasnt (I replaced them like 2 or 3 weeks ago)

Clean it up and run the car for a little while, until you see a little bit of oil again. That way you will be able to see if the oil is running down the side of the spark plug tube from the upper seal or if it is coming in from the lower seal.

Kay so I just took another look at it, ran the car and watched for oil. it looks like its coming from the upper seal. I took the valve cover off and the seals not pinched or anything. both the upper seal and the lower seal are brand new.. what could be the cause?

Check the gasket, maybe there is a small blemish on one side of it where it is not allowing for a flat seal. When you remove hte valve cover and look at the seal you should be able to see if the sealing surfaces are wet with oil. if they are then they are not sealing and maybe that seal is crushed or out of spec.

Try replacing it or you could try running a bead of Honda-bond on both the top and bottom of the gasket.

^this. hondas have hi-pressure oil systems and throw oil everywhere, so any tiny imperfection could be leaking
