Default Cant connect to com port... Crome

Ok i just got my ecu in today put it in and connected the 4 pin header and connected the cord to the usb blah blah. well i hooked it all up and says incorrect com port.. so i went to device manager and saw nothing about com port/ltp or something. So right when i plug the usb cable into my laptop a install hardware screen pops up. Sooo what do i do from here? i got 4 usb ports on my laptop and tryed up to com port 6 on the freelog and not of them worked. when i search for the com ports in the device manager its doesnt have them. has usb bus controllers is it? when i connect the usb cable ?Other Devices pops up in the device manager.. so what do i need to do? if i only got 4 usb ports it shouldnt go higher than comp port 4 right? lol sorry for the long random questions i just cant find out what to do

Sorry for the pics my camera sucks and its dark outside lol

Alright after looking into it a bit further last night i came across that i needed to install a specific usb driver for this. so i did so and still cant connect to the ECU through RTP on crome?? it connects to the port and get connect but cant connect to ecu for RTP. do i need crome pro for this? anyway i can pull up the data from my ecu without logging through crome? I tryed freelog and cant get any of it working.. rpms dont work mph and bat volt is way off and 75% of the things dont work in live data. does it matter which way the plug is plugged into the 4 pin header in the ecu? dont know if that would make a difference

Heres some pics

Make sure the quick datalog + rtp plugin is installed on the binary you are using.
Read the tutorial on: http://www.moates.net/zips/crome/Tun...ME%20v1.03.pdf

1. Open the co-existing binary you want to tune on.
2. Add the plug-ins required to datalog.
3. Make sure j12 is removed from your ecu, if not remove it using a small pair of snippers.
4. Try datalogging & follow the guide on http://www.moates.net/zips/crome/Tun...ME%20v1.03.pdf
