Default Piston ring gap for arias pistons

Hello Honda tech I am assembling the bottom end of my b16 and have custom arias pistons. Now the recommended end gap on the box for the ring says the top ring should have a larger gap than the second ring. I am just curious if anyone has run into this before.

With those ring sets you do .0067*bore on the top ring and .005*bore on the 2nd ring. Likely the gap on the 2nd ring will already be bigger than your calculation for it so you won't need to worry about it anyway. But yea your good.

Thank you for the reply I did .0065 on top and .0055 on the 2nd. Rounding up the number on the top ring and its .0022 top ring 2nd at .0055 comes out to .0018. I have never seen a ring set recommend a smaller gap on the second ring.
