When putting a b16 head on a ls block is there a oil hole that needs to be blocked out on the block and if it's not blocked out what will happen?

If you dont you wont have any oil pressure for the vtec system to engage

Re: Ls vtec conversion question
That's d hole for the oil line feed from the block to the head you're talking right. But isn't there a hole dat needs to be plugged on the block itself?

Ls vtec conversion question
Vtec blocks have a oil passage for the head in the block
Non vtec blocks do not have this passage
Thats why vtec heads need that hole tapped and plugged.
Also when doing a vtec conversion There is a line that goes to the side of the head that feeds the vtec system
Dont make it more complicated then what it is
