Roll Cage & Parachute Prices

Re: Roll Cage & Parachute Prices (Mase)
Of course, I never said it helps build a stronger cage! You really can not do much with a 10 pt anyway. However we build a fair amount of Pro Mods & TS cars in which case we do use solid works stress analysis. It's the repeatability as well when a customer wants 2 cars or wrecks and needs certain tubes replaced.
We do however have all our cages on CAD that just how we do it, keeps great record and if you ever run across the same car or have someone call you can build it, ship it whatever.

Re: Roll Cage & Parachute Prices (SpeedDreamz.com)
It's an ErcoBender 3 Axis CNC Mandrel Machine, I will take some pictures of it on monday when i am back in the shop. We also have an Ienco with the tube positioning table for quick low production less precise work.
I am looking to add a material feed to our CNC so it's basically load the programs and material and let the machine work.
