Default Post up your High HP Ethanol/Methanol fuel systems

Im very interested in what fuel setups you high HP ethanol/methanol guys are using cause it takes so much more fuel. Kinda interested in maybe changing to one or the other for this year or maybe next.. So post up your power levels and your system etc... to get an idea of the diff pumps, injectors lines etc... everyone is using.

4x old Bosch 160# injectors making 683 whp on pump E85, 2x Bosch 044 fuel pumps at 43.5 base fuel pressure. Duty is pretty high, next move is to raise the fuel pressure. This is on a VW 2.0 liter16v engine.

I'd like to try the new Injector Dynamics 2000cc injectors, as Im' sure the drivability and consistency would be much improved.

Methanol, uses more fuel than ethanol. Depending on what class you want to race in might not be legal either. Most pro class cars run 2 or 3 160# injectors per cylinder and a mechanical fuel pump (Kinsler, Waterman)

You should see it in person.. Dam thing is real heavy too.. 71lbs..
Next time i'm going to mount it inbetween the frame rails and bolt it to the mid plate and then put the motor off to the side. LOL..

we'll be starting at roughly 1100~1200hp and then slowly creep up until the Rotors shoot out of the motor.

Same turbo has already made over 1800hp on other applications.
